I was 10 when this was released and a goonie for life. Damn, movies were so good back then, gremlins, ET, (1982) then goonies, ghost busters back to the future, Axel F. I remembered getting the sticker albums for all of them. Other notable Mentions; weird science, Big, and a bit earlier The Wanderers. I feel melancholy looking back though, back to when I was a happy kid before it all went wrong 😢

That is The only remake i ever want to see of the movie. We keep hearing rumors that the a remake is in the works. No Hollywood stop ruining everything that was ever great.

This was such a joy to watch. I was born in ‘99 but this film is apart of my DNA, my personality. It’s a movie I watched so much as a kid, I can’t remember the exact time I watched it for the first time. It was always in my house.
